Merlin Manufacturing was founded in 1988 by Mike Ligas. His dream was to start a family business in his home town and provide window and bedding products to hospitality and retail clients. Mike partnered with his brother, Ben Ligas, and the combination of creative ideas and engineering excellence was the foundation for Merlin’s success.

 

Business has grown significantly since the early days, but the caring commitment that sets Merlin apart from our competitors has not changed. Merlin offers customers complete solutions — from concept development to completed installation.

Today, Merlin is backed by a dedicated team, including Mike’s son Michael (business advisor), daughter Carolyn (marketing director), and nephew Ken (account manager) — as well as many others who have come to feel like family over the years.
