Ben Ligas helped Mike start the company in 1988. Including related industries, he has over 25 years of experience. With an engineering degree and background, Ben is in charge of new product development at Merlin. He is also an account manager, and is recognized for the creative solutions he develops for Merlin’s clients. Outside of Merlin, Ben has many hobbies including scuba diving, camping, hunting and photography. He is involved in many ministries at his church. Ben enjoys spending time with his family, and he’s been active in Boy Scouts of America for 15 years.

Erica joined the company in June 2004. She brings to Merlin a marketing background and fresh perspective on the business. She is responsible for developing new clients and partnerships, as well as maintaining her current client base. Erica’s favorite part of her job is meeting new people. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and scrapbooking.

Mark is an Account Manager in Merlin’s new Las Vegas sales office. He joined the Merlin team in May 2007. Mark values the friendly and knowledgeable attitude of his coworkers and is excited to help Merlin grow new opportunities. Mark enjoys spending his spare time golfing, boating, skiing, gardening, and traveling.

Crystal Underwood — Sales Assistant

Crystal joined Merin in September 2003.  She enjoys her role as sales assistant, especially completing jobs accurately and to the customer’s satisfaction. She likes to spend her spare time with family, friends, and her nephew. Crystal is also enrolled in pursuing her college degree.
