Merlin has a long relationship with Sheraton, having partnered with them for over fifteen years. In 2006, when Sheraton encountered difficulty developing a new property in Independence, Ohio they called on Merlin to evaluate the project. Merlin corrected inaccurate initial specifications and worked with Sheraton’s construction and design teams on site alterations.  Merlin engineered a new design concept for the property to better meet brand requirements and site needs, while significantly reducing the budget.

 

Merlin’s custom window treatments and valances are featured throughout the Sheraton, Independence—including all guest rooms and public spaces such as the lobby, meeting rooms, and ballroom. Merlin’s industry expertise and innovative solutions are highly valued by FLG Hospitality, and the developers now work exclusively with Merlin.
