What information does Merlin need to create a quote?
To create a quote, we need specifications for your project and completed credit information. The specification details you give us make the quoting process efficient and accurate—so the more information you can provide, the better. Your account manager will help you determine any details that are unknown.
To provide a quote for some of our most common treatments, we need the following information:
• Bedspreads and Coverlets: Size, fill weight, quilt pattern, drop,
type of backing, style, fabric information.
• Dust Ruffles (skirts): Size, drop, style, banding information,
fabric information.
• Duvets: Overall size, type of insert, welt or knife edge, type of
backing, type of closure, fabric information.
• Draperies: Rod width required/window size (if new construction,
provide blueprints), finished length, lined/unlined, fullness, one
way draw/center draw, fabric and lining information.

What are your payment terms?
The terms require 50% of purchase price payable at time of order, and balance due in full 30 days from billing (net 30 days). There is a 1/2 % discount allowed for balances paid within ten days of billing.
How should I ship COM fabric to Merlin Manufacturing?
If you are supplying fabric to Merlin Manufacturing, download and print the attached form. After reviewing the instructions, initial the form and fax it to Merlin at 330.564.2801, attention Jason Arnold. If you have any questions about the procedure for supplying fabric, call Merlin at 330.564.2800 and ask for Jason Arnold.
What are the general lead times for your products?
The following lead times can be used as a guide for planning purposes:
• Draperies and Bedding: Six weeks from receipt of fabric.
• Blinds and Manual Roller Shades: Three weeks from receipt of
field measure, plus two weeks for installation.
• Motorized Shades: Eight weeks from receipt of field measure,
plus two weeks for installation.
